Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

At My Bulking, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and health data. We utilize trusted processors: Google and Apple for single sign-on authentication, Mercado Pago and RevenueCat (App Store/Google Play) for subscription billing, Sentry for error tracking when enabled, and OpenRouter for AI-driven plan generation when AI features are enabled. We DO NOT sell your data to third parties.

2. Data We Collect

We only collect data that is essential for generating your body recomposition plans and tracking your progress: profile information (weight, measurements, height, age, gender, activity level) and training/diet logs. We do NOT sell or share your data with third parties.

3. Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with traffic encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. Our backend applies automatic log scrubbing to prevent credential and sensitive data exposure.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, edit, and export your personal data in JSON format from Account Settings (LGPD art. 18 / GDPR) and permanently delete your account and associated measurements. Deletion is irreversible.

If you have an active paid subscription (Mercado Pago on the web, or App Store / Google Play in the app), you must cancel recurring billing first. After the recurrence is cancelled, account deletion becomes available in Settings.

After you cancel a Mercado Pago subscription, remaining premium access until the end of the period you already paid for does not prevent you from deleting your account.

In-app subscriptions can only be cancelled in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

If you cannot complete cancellation or deletion in the app, contact us through the Support page. Payment providers (Mercado Pago, Apple, Google) may retain their own fiscal and transaction records as required by law; those records are not your My Bulking account.
