My Bulking is a digital platform designed for body recomposition planning, progress tracking, workout logs, and nutritional guidance.

My Bulking is not a medical or healthcare provider. The application and its recommendations do not constitute medical advice or personalized clinical diagnosis. Always consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new diet or exercise regimen.

3. Account, Trial and Subscriptions

Access to certain features requires an account and an active subscription purchased via web (Mercado Pago) or mobile app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play via RevenueCat).

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue accessing premium features.

You may cancel subscription renewal at any time. Following cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

4. Personal and Health Data

Collection and processing of your personal and health measurements comply with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Bulking shall not be liable for indirect damages or injuries resulting from improper execution of exercises or dietary plans without professional supervision.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with jurisdiction in São Paulo, SP.
